Jay Pickett played Detective David Harper (2006-2008) on General Hospital but many of you Port Charles fans may remember him best as Frank Scanlon (1998-2003). Below you will see him on GH as David Harper in court.

Do you remember Joe Scanlon? Michael Dietz (right) played Frank's brother Joe on Port Charles. Ironically both were born on the same day and played brothers on Port Charles spin off from General Hospital . Michael played on Bold & Beautiful and Passions too. He was romantically involved with Michelle Stafford (Nina GH) and Ari Zucker (Nicole, Days)
