Do you remember Chloe Morgan? She was Lila's cousin who fell in love with Jax. She was a fashion designer, who came to Port Charles to show Lila the love letters she found (between Edward & Lila). She married Ned in a loveless marriage but it was for business while Jax married Alexis for the same reason. So Chloe could get the money from her uncle's will so she could start her business. Her uncle Hebert had a stipulation in his will she had to marry with in 5 years or she could not get the money. She didn't want to ruin what was happening with Jax by marrying him prematurely so she married Ned instead.
She later dated Stefan Cassadine, which would end up being a mistake. Sadly she passed away at the hands of Starvos Cassadine (he strangled her) in order to frame his brother Stefan for her murder.
